Appointment information
We require a credit card number to reserve your desired appointment.
We aim to stay on schedule so please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
We recommend booking your appointments in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service is available. We make confirmation calls to help remind you of your appointments.
Please notify us as soon as you are aware that you will not be able to make your appointment; this will give your technician an opportunity to make appropriate changes to their schedules.
Special Considerations
We appreciate you refrain from any cell phone usage during services. Valuables should not be brought into the facility as Toujours Spa & Salon can not be held responsible for articles lost or stolen.
Cancellations
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. The services you selected are reserved specifically for you. You will be charged 50% for services not cancelled in the appropriate time frame.
Please let us know if you are running late; it is our full intention to give you the finest service possible for your scheduled time. We will do our best to accommodate you, however, understand that if you are running more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule and be charged accordingly.
Payment options
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks and all major debit/credit cards. We are, however, unable to add gratuity to debit or credit card payments.
Prices are subject to change.
Product and merchandise are only available to return for store credit and must be done within 14 days of purchase.

Some of our services are not recommended during pregnancy. Please check with your physician prior to booking an appointment.
